Various sizes, but white pipe may not necessarily improve the view. I'm thinking Rubble LR around the perimeter may work better.
Have you ever done an ant farm in a glass jar? Where I grew up we always had the nice red ants. I used to wrap the jar in black construction paper and wait a few weeks. When the paper was removed I found that the ants had dug some really good burrows and even chambers next to the glass. If I wanted them to stay next to the glass I would replace the paper tube except for viewing. Without the paper they gradually moved away from the glass.
I have a lot of LR rubble. I'd be happy to give you what you need for free and some free Caulerpa for the center of the tank to help keep the water clean.
