I have read a lil bit on google most things said is make sure to use good silicone with right thickness of glass. Is it that easy? I got a buddy that builds viv's so he works with glass alot. I also have a buddy that owns a glass shop so can get glass for great price. So is there more to it? tricks and tips? Was thinking of having him build me a cube and putting some water with just rock in it for a few weeks just to make sure lol.

I would say that's border line. Also there is different strength rated glass, safety factor, and the correct silicone, big difference.

I would recommend building something smaller and figuring out the process, With a tank that size it wouldn't be be one to be a first. That is alot of water if there is a failure.
