Large healthy bannerfish (Heniochus Black & White Butterflyfish).  He is about 4-5 inches long  ($25 or best offer).  Located in Weston Idaho.

Yes... Sorry I wish it was not so far.  I do go to Logan quite often, and that would cut it down to about an hour and 8 minutes (according to google maps).
