Anemone is moving alot!

Hello, 

I have a pink tip anemone that has been in the same place in my tank for months.  We had some red algae pop up so i put another pump in the tank to help the flow. Now my anemone moved to the corner of the tank below the new pump, and now has attached to the pump ( I unplugged it before it attached as I lost one to a Koralia previously. 

Any suggestions? We have been thinking of moving that one to our 36 bowfront to help introduce our black clownfish to it... do you think its safe to do so or should i ensure its happy in our current 55g?

This is a pic as it was climbing the sidewall of the tank, now its on the pump.... 


Any help would be great!

If it is on the move then now is the best time to move him.  They are much harder to move after they have picked a spot and hunkered down.  Anytime you change your flow they will move to find their happy place.

Oh, Thank you for the info. This little one is my wifes favorite and im trying everything to ensure its happy and doesnt nuke itself! Will move into the other tank with the pump its on!
