What is the difference between Instant Ocean Salt and Instant Ocean Reef Crystals?  I have always used the salt.  Is one better than the other for a reef tank?

Reef Crystals has much high alk and calcium than instant ocean. However if you can, IMO Oceanic is a better salt. If you can afford it D-D H2Ocean is IMO the best salt out there, really balanced and has adequate amounts of Magnesium (other salts typically lack Mg).
