I am looking for suggestions as to what kind and gph return pump I should be looking for my 55 gal tank and sump.  Any help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  Also if anyone has a return pump for sale that will work please let me know.

I think a mag 9.5 would be a good one

or even a mag 7, I like smaller returns and slow flow through the sumps, and powerful power heads in tank

I have a quiet one 2200 that worked great on my 55 gallon i believe it is 581 gph $30 pm me if interested.
