Someone once suggested a free ware drafting program to help design a tank. I was wondering if anybody new of something like that? I'd like to design out my stand so I don't over buy materials like I usually do.

Google has a 3d modeling program that's free. The name escapes me at the moment, but it's a pretty awesome program.
