I just purchased a used tank from someone on here.  What's the best thing to clean the tank up and make it look new?  I want to make sure I don't use something that will hurt the tank once i have it up and running.

fill it up with water and get a aquarium glass scraper it does wonders and will less likely to do any scratches to your new used tank
