I built a similar aquarium top for a regular rectangular tank but was wondering if anybody had a thought on how to make the bend like in the post below? Thsnks.

The cleanest looking way to make a screen top on a bowfront or any old shape is to make a one piece acrylic ring and attach the screen to that. As for the metal screen door frame depending on the radius it could be very easy to buckel.
