I have a 105 gallon display and 7 small fish.
2 clowns
3 wrasse
2 dart

and last night tried introducing 2 cardinals. My clowns and one of the wrasses started eating fins off the new fish. Clown pair does not host the anemone in the tank. I caught the 2 cardinals last night and put them in an acc box, but fins are hammered. Do I take them back to the LFS? can they live in an acc box long enough to recover?

I personally would keep them in the acclimation box. That will give the other fish a chance to get used to them. Just make sure they're eating in there. If you're really worried about it, you can put them in the sump.

I have a bigger acc box that I moved them into. How long is too long to keep in an acc box?
