I have a talbot damsel I am considering putting in a reef tank. I have gotten advise from 2 people in the club both are very knowlagable. One says it may become a problem and one says it should be fine. I would like to know if anyone has first hand experance with this damsel.

Bruce, don't you already have this fish in your 5 gallon reef at work?

I have never owned Talbot damsel's but damsels are reef safe, IMO.  The problem lies in that damsels, for the most part, get very big, aggressive, and territorial.  I didn't like to sell damsels as starter fish because people would come back and complain that the "big, mean damsel" is beating up on everything.

Talbot damsels stay small and are much less aggressive then most other damsels.  IMO they are a great reef addition.
