I just saw this guy scootin around today and pulled him out. I have a reef tank and wasn't sure if it was considered a pest or not. Let me know what you think. Thanks.

Looks like a asterina starfish. They're not bad unless you see them on your corals. Normally they'll hang out on the glass eating algae.

Yeah, asterina. Never had a problem with them with any of my corals. I like watching them regenerate cut off legs haha

They do eat coraline, leaving nice white patches where it used to be pink. For that alone, I hate them.
