So I have seen my sea hair has a cut on its back? Have not seen it move today? Should I remove it or let my clean up crew eat it if it's not died

If it has already cleaned up all the nuisance algae, I would probably remove it to a tank with an algae problem. Otherwise I would leave it alone. It won't cause any problem, that is, assuming you run AC and change it monthly.

The Hole in a Sea Hare’s Back

One unique aspect of sea hare anatomy is that they have internal gills. Opisthobrachs (sea slugs including nudibranchs and sea hares) typically have external gills. With internal gills, sea hares have an input water siphon in the middle of their back and an output siphon in the center of the posterior disk. One of the best sea hare resources are scientific papers by Steven Pennings at http://www.seaslugforum.net/find/dolaauri" rel="nofollow - http://www.seaslugforum.net/find/dolaauri .
