Wanting to put one of these in my nano. Can someone tell me the benefits in English ;) and what all I can put in the media basket? Can I mix bio pellets and others at once? Or what would you recommend I put in this

Choose either bio pellets, gfo, or carbon. You can mix the gfo and carbon but not with the biopellets. If you mix gfo and carbon you jave to make it so they dont tumble.... benefits is you have a guaranteed amount of water touching the media
