They are zoanthids. The most common names for it a Tangerine dreams or tangerine flares. Sometimes they are mistaken for Orange bandits. I'm pretty sure that's what they are. These are more on the red scale than orange. Picture makes them more washed out.

 I'd like to change my final answer. :) After digging I think they are closer to the Orange Sun burst Zoanthids because they don't have the yellow mouth of the Tangerine Dreams. My pictures are showing the mouths yellow or white. They are really a peach speckled color and no blue.

That's true but the tangerine dreams have a solid orange ring around the mouth not speckled. Here is another Orange sunburst photo that has less blue.
