If they are moving around they are probably trying to find the best light for their needs. It is hard to tell though what is wrong with them without looking at them. If they are stretching up towards the light I say they don't have enough light if it is downward it is too much light that they are getting.

Some mushrooms don't like much light.  How long have they been in your tank?  What's your alkalinity measurement?  How's your pH ?

What is Alkalinity? PH is 8.3 Normal.. Every thing is good! They are Flat I think they were getting to much light b/c i just got a pumping Zena above it and the mushroom is looking little better! But my Fish his head is getting Dark and he is going up and down Relay Fast like Jerking What that about? And my New fish Clowfish is on the Top right hand corner of the Tank all the Time not moving around!??? The Damsel Is going after him tho...

Good question! Alkalinity is something you should be worried about. Corals are made up of several things but one of the most important things it is made of is CalciumCarbonate. You can't really add that stuff to your system to work right but you can add Calcium and Carbonates. Carbonates are Alkalinity. You should get a test kit for both Calcium and Alkalinity(carbonates).
