Alright I'm trying to devise between welsophyllia and lobophylia. Also if there is a specific name for this one please share!

Neither.  It's a Trachyphyllia.  Wellsophyllia is no longer a species name (even though everyone still uses it.)  As far as I'm aware, Trachyphyllia only has one species:  geoffroyi.
