I dont think the tentacles are out but it looks different than when the light are on and I have never seen feeder tentacles on this guy, should I feed it? Do the tentacles look like the candies or the acans im assuming they do, any suggestions?

Looks like your coral is pushing for a meal.
Yes, those "feeder tentacles" will look very similar to your candies and acans. Try squirting a small amount of meaty food (turkey baster) across the coral. About 5-10 minutes later your coral should extend those tentacles for food. Do this around the same time each day, every few days, once a week.... ect. Training your coral to eat may take some time. However, once trained, your coral will recognize feeding time and be ready and waiting.

I will try that, I was trying to feed a big chunk of scallop

Brain coral are mainly nighttime filter feeders, but sometimes take larger chunks and can be trained to eat during the day.

Anyone with stony coral that hasn't taken a good look at their tank at night, might be shocked to see how different everything looks at night.
