My six line wrasse has a white spot on its head only fish that has one. could this be ich?

hmm not sure if that is what it is it seems to be partially floating and stuck to his head. cant catch him to see closer.guess I will watch him close

I think you are going to fast. Seems to me you are 3 weeks into a tank? Correct me if Im wrong Ive been in and out of town with work.
