Anyone have an idea what kind of worm this is? It "telescopes" out - that is when it goes back into its hole, it retracts into itself. Anywho I have a little video that I will post later of it actually attacking a pod. Kinda cool.

It doesnt look like a "speghetti" worm to me from the pictures I have seen - but who knows?

Yep... peanut worm. They are completely harmless and beneficial detritus feeders... they are very shy and can retract in an instant(not too fond of light)... The reason they are called "peanut worms" is due to their shape when fully retracted into themselves.

Definitely looks like Mr. Peanut. I've got lots of them, but only see them when I sneek up on the tank in the middle of the night and flip the lights on. I caught one mid-spawn a couple nights ago. He looked quite embarassed.
