well one of thr bulbs just turned off. i switch the bulb but i wont turn on. is it the ballast?

If the tube that would not light on side 1 does light on side 2 and the tube that worked on side 2 does not work on side 1, the tubes are good, so yes, it may be the ballast, if it's not just a faulty wire connection. Wink
