It's ordered from a guy on reef2reef, I'll see if I can find his info. When you're done with it it looks like this:

Yeah it's just aluminum or vinyl screen frame, and you spline it in just like window screen. Should only cost like $10-15 (if that) in frame and pieces to do a 120

Yes you can. We built on for our nano buy buying the parts from home depot and using black netting. I'm going to contact this guy and get the clear instead. If you have ever seen Nick or Brads tanks it is way worth it to get the clear.

I recommend it. It's a great place to hang out when our site is slow.
Lots of friendly helpful people over there.  I've bought from him and Nick has ordered alot for others.  You probably have to register so you can pm him.

I also read today on nano-reef.com that it is labeled as Bird Netting at lowes/home depot and its around $6 for a roll

It is bird netting at Home Depot/Lowes. Problem is that it's black not the nice clear stuff and the holes are much larger like 1/2 an inch instead of 1/4 meaning you have to double layer it. I have the bird netting on our nano right now and do not like it very much. The clear smaller holed variety linked to above it much better.

Ah, okay.

I need to find something at home depot to put together tonight before my trip. I was going to do some 1/4" netting, but since the bird netting is 1/2 inch i'll just buy some acrylic to throw in the back (home made fish saver) I don't want another incident of my jawfish jumping in the back of my tank

If it's just going in the back that would probably be fine - just triple layer it it's not like it's going to effect the light back there. In fact I have tons of left over bird netting if you want some.
