Topic: My new tank... Posted: September 04 2004 at 9:02am |
As some of you know I got a somewhat controvercial 120 gallon tank. Well it's up and running as a freshwater. What sucks is mark gave me the hood that was on it and I almost like the SS/ aluminum look. I may have to modify.... Thanx for the SW knowledge, all that is in the main tank is fish and one powerhead. I setup a sump...

I will just give my warning that your system will flood, bulbs will burn out, and things will take continuous maintenance... get over it.

Cool pics. Hey, when can we come over and do some fishing. I've never fished for Catfish before.
By the way, those barbs are huge. Are they Tinfoil Barbs or something else? How big is that Pleco to be in a tank with the other big fish?

will you haven't SEEN a big pleco untill you see my 280..... Swing up some day... Tinfoils and albino tinfoils.... The red pleco is small... 4inches? They have been in there together forever so it's no biggie.... I watched my redtail catfish try and eat a raphyale that was small and he stuck out his dorsal and side fins that all had spikes and STUCK. The catfish was swiming around with him hanging half way out his mouth.... That was a fun afternoon of removal..... most plecos are barbed,.... I think they learn quick
