I have a Hamilton 2X250 watt MH HQI and I'm pretty sure one of the ballasts fried.

I'm not sure which one.  I got home last night to the smell of electrical carnage.

The power strip for the lights was tripped, and the stench hung over the area with the 2 ballasts for the lights.

I have them unplugged and will be doing more testing tomorrow as I don't have time today, work is crazy.

Anyone have or know where I can get a low cost replacement.

Should I crack the housing open to see how bad the damage is? Could be that just the capacitor got fried....

Any suggestions would be helpful.

Jcoulter17, thanks again for the AWESOME trade.
If you want more fireworks in the future, let me know I'll always be willing to work something out.

Also and more importantly thank you for serving our country.  We are indebted to you, and the many other service men and women for the freedoms we enjoy.
