My door is always open to fellow hobbyist new and old, beginner, or experienced.  Like Mark said, it is always a special time when I have people over to visit.   I don't know if Mark remembers, but the very first time I walked into my first club meeting, Mark was the first person to welcome me with open arms and sat there and listened to me ramble on about my new tank. And so many questions I had as a very inexperienced enthusiast.
I owe the club in so many ways for my success, and having my doors open to all is one small way I can do to help repay for their help I received years ago.
PM me anytime you might want to come over for a visit. I try to visit the website at least once a day.

Brad usually is ok if you schedule it with him.  Fantastic tank.

Reef Tour is 11/4 so yeah if you want to see someone's tank for ideas but can't wait that long definitely reach out to them.

If they are alright with people coming over and talking tank (hopefully they aren't being put on the spot here) I would love to see Brad Syphus' reef sometime. I'm sure his incredible photos don't do it justice. I follow his thread on R2R. Anyone that would dream to spend their hard earned money on starting up a large aquarium really should check out other large tanks for ideas and to learn the tips for keeping large tanks. Some of the wisest people that I have seen come in to this hobby over the last 23 years and who, unlike me, had awesome tanks from the start, did so because they picked 2 or 3 experienced hobbyists to learn from and follow. 

Among many others, I would recommend visiting with and seeing the large tanks of any or all of these four gracious gentlemen from this forum:
(listed south to north for your convenience)

BobC63/Bob Carlson in Lehi
-  Bob has 40 years experience. See his excellent method about tank setup at the top of the list of the Reefkeeping Tips linked below.

tileman/Brad Syphus in Murray 
-   Brad has won our POTM numberless times and has many other awards such as national Reefkeeper Of The Year. He has been featured nationally on reef podcasts.

love2skiutah/Aaron Wernli in Centerville
-  Aaron is the current POTM winner and is a humble, excellent reefkeeper who, similar to Brad, had to suffer through much anguish to get his current reef aquarium.

Adam Blundell/Adam Blundell in Centerville 
-  At 16 years old, Adam walked over to my house to sit in front of my reef and pick my brain. He went on to quickly exceed my expertise and receive a M.S. in Reef Ecology. He has become an internationally known hobbyist, a marine researcher and invited expert speaker at reef clubs and national conventions.

The combined reefkeeping experience of these four hobbyists is almost 100 years.

I'm sure there are other hobbyists that the readers of this post would like to add. Though they may not favor the crowds of the Annual Reef Tour Wink I have never met a hobbyist that didn't mind showing off their tank to a fellow hobbyist that not only asks lots of curious questions but who lavishes them with compliments about their artful creation of a living reef.

Dang, a big patch of Caulerpa disintegrated so the tank hasn't been looking so good for a few days. Did 20% water changes 2 days in a row. It's starting to look better today after I added some Hermits to clean up the algae growth caused by the extra nutrients.
