Author: stephan
Subject: 9620
Posted: December 21 2005 at 6:22pm

I just came across some 3/8" thick precut acrylic pieces that are 14" x24". If I used 6 of them (2 on bottom) to make a 24"x24"x14" tank wouldthat be a good size tank for anything? I think I've seen frag tanksthat were kind of wide and shallow like that, but thought it might be awierd size for a display tank.

Or I could make a 24" tall hexagon, but that seemed really tall and I started to wonder if I could build a hexagon well.

Any other ideas to use these things. Seems too nice to use on a sump.I've never built a tank but it sounds like a fun thing to try.
