I agree that the white spider web looking stuff is a sponge.  The red stuff looks like cyano, but it also could be coralline algae.  The brown looks like the brown algae associated with a tank that is cycling.

I second mrfixer. Not sure on first pic but second looks like a sponge. im no pro but the white spider web looking thing looks like a sponge.  Filter feeder. Harmless!
