Like wise those coming to Santaquin, I have to step out for a few minutes at 1:30.

My helpers will be there and able to show the tank while I am out.

We do send out quite a few e-mails each month before meetings and other events, but I don't see why members could not collect e-mail addresses from others who are interested in getting that info from us.  Then we could add them to the e-mail list.  An easier way still may be to have them like us on FaceBook.  TONS of info goes out that way all through the month.
