The shadow is only noticeable on rock within 6" directly under the brace. Other than that they are always within the same range for price. They are the best T5 on the market.]]>

I doubt the brace would get hot enough to melt either, so you should be ok.  But, if you're a perfectionist, the shadow may bother you.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;]]>

I think a 48 inch dimmable would fit my 90 perfectly. My only question is will a light that stretches across the whole tank have an issue with the middle brace that is on the tank? Will the middle of the tank have an issue right where that middle brace is or would I be ok? Also does anyone know of a cheap place to get one? Or is someone selling one?<br>]]>
