Definitely one of the best pieces of equipment I have. There are tons of DIY options or units you can buy. I run a tunze on my main tank and a DIY on my 29 zoa tank. Both work great and I've never had a problem.]]>

Success! I got it to fit complete inside my hood. All i did was take off the mounting bracket and set the skimmer on a glass jar. As you can see, I could even shut the back if I wanted to but I usually keep it open anyway because of the heat. However, I would agree that it wasn't a very accurate statement seeing as mine is very sensitive to the water depth that it's in.</div>]]>
