Yes, even Mark. The nice thing about mushrooms is they will thrive down low (low light areas) where most other corals won't. This provides fewer bare spots and allows for more real estate up high for high light corals. ]]>

The one near the surface is in a higher water flow and doesn't spread out as much as the ones on the bottom.]]>

If not, start by placing them lower them move them up gradually.<br>We call it Light Acclimation.<br><br>Mushrooms are typically low light organisms, though they do well in higher light, but if placed in brighter light than they were accustomed to, they will get sunburned and will suffer. <br>Sunburn can kill coral.<img src="http://www.utahreefs.com/forum/smileys/smiley11.gif" border="0" alt="Dead" title="Dead" /><br><br>Hope this helps.<br><img src="http://www.utahreefs.com/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" alt="Big smile" title="Big smile" /><br><br><br><br>]]>
