I have finished compiling all the absentee ballots/proxy selection.  I respond via email or PM to each person I got a ballot/proxy.  If you sent a proxy selection of ballot and did not hear back from me please let me know ASAP.

During the upcoming December meeting we will be holding our annual presidency elections.  The ballot will be finalized this Friday and can be found here. 

 
If you are a PAID member and will be unable to attend this meeting then you can still vote using on of the following methods:
 
Absentee Ballot
If you would like to vote absentee then please either PM me or send an e-mail to ___ with your voting picks.
 
Proxy Vote
If you would like you can also assign a proxy to vote for you at the meeting.  To vote using a proxy please either PM me or send an e-mail to _______ with your choice for proxy.  This person (and only this person) will be able to cast your vote at the December meeting.
 
Other important information.
  • Please vote for 1 president/vice president and up to 4 presidency members.
  • Absentee votes and/or proxy assignments must be placed by midnight Monday the 1st.
  • One vote per paid membership (household).  In other words a family of four, although all consider members under one membership would only get one vote per family.
  • Do not vote absentee or proxy if you are able to attend the meeting.  You will only be able to vote once.
