Bird World has them (at least they did the last time I looked... a few months back).  They're not the "uniseal" brand, but they are the same thing.
 
Also you can buy them from aquatic ecosystems (http://www.aquaticeco.com/) online with a pretty short delivery time.

Is there a place locally that sells Uniseals? I've checked Home Depot, Lowes, some plumbing supply places, and a few pet stores, but nobody seems to even know what they are. If you have seen them around please let me know where.
