    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.utahreefs.com/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=1151">Gahlenfr</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 21622<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> November&nbsp;05&nbsp;2007 at 4:24pm<br /><br />In todays world of hi-tech there are numerous frequency spectrums out there and your house wiring acts like a big antenna picking up all kinds of signals.&nbsp; It is not a suprise that transmitters that utilize house wiring have issues from time to time.&nbsp; The internal wiring of a power strip is just one continuous buss so you must have lots of electrical noise in your home or poor x10's for them to fail wired almost directly to the transmitter.&nbsp; A controller is the way to go for most of us.&nbsp; I know they are expensive however you did not choose a cheap hobby either<img src="http://www.utahreefs.com/forum/smileys/smiley9.gif" border="0" align="absmiddle" alt="Embarrassed" />.&nbsp; Good luck!]]>
