This seems to do little damage to the mushrooms and I notice very little waste coming off of the mushroom. I have a 125 gallon and frag mushrooms all the time without problems. I am not sure how many you have to get rid of but if you feel uncomfortible just do a few at a time. You can then save the mushrooms in a seperate tank and sell them, traded them or whatever.

I have never posted anything so I may mess up things. Inadvance, sorry but I must take the first step. I have way to many mushrooms and need to get rid of them. I don't want to take out my current live rock and replace it. Yet I don't want to polute my water by cutting them off and Ideas what I might be alble to do? The tank is 220 or abouts reef and fish. I would like some ideas as well on setting up quarantine tank. Thanks to any replys. I live in St. George.
             The Snowman
