I have gotten the bug to upgrade to bigger better faster more. So I am snatching up a 125 on saturday. .

The lighting is OK, but I got tired of having to squeeze things in. I need room to grow. All of my softies seem to do well with the 65w and even my trumpet seems to be thriving. But I am looking forward to burning the dual 250 MH's I think I am going to get. I am just downright giddy. Which is really strange, because I don't look the giddy type. I do have some pics that I can try and squeeze into this post though. I just have to find the time to shrink them.

Thanks!

I also retrofit in a PC 65w "smartlight" (one daylight and one actinic bulb) in mine. I didn't think that those were enough so I managed to sucessfully squeeze two T5's in there as well, one actinic and one daylight. I was wondering if member here thought that should be enough light for my 29 gal.

All my corals and everyone else seems to be fine but since I'm still new to this reassurance is great.

Carl, I'd love to see some pictures of your tank if you have them! You can find a webpage I put up about mine last night with lots of pictures at

http://www.nellans.org/~dave/

I am glad that I am not the only one with a small one. Tank I mean, you know. Sorry, I need the levity today. Anywhooo, I took a look around at the TOTM and WOW! I surely wish that my tank was that well stocked and beautiful. I know that I have the right start with the aquascape, but I am just stuck right now. Needing some new ideas and maybe a little direction. I think that what I need to do and will do is to get some pictures loaded up and maybe you all (or as we used to say in Carolina Ya'll) can throw some ideas my way.

As for the YT, he/she is happy as a clam (whatever that means). There is still plenty of room in the tanks and he/she has plenty of room to move around still. I do want a larger tank and it could be moved over if needed. Thanks for the input.

The coral propagation seminar next month will be awesome! $5 for coral frags!
I like small tanks. Adam kept my baby Tomato Anemonefish in his 7 gallon eclipse from the time it was 4 months old. Now it's about 4 years old. I hope it's doing okay in the 29.

But we don't know the size of the Tang.
I just got a quarter($$) sized Yellow Tang for my 10 gallon! Unfortunately it didn't survive the move to my brother's house so people could see it on the Reef Tour.
Don't get discouraged about anemone's. I have two in my 10 .... no... better say that my niece has two in her 10 gal.!
If you haven't seen it yet, it was the July Tank of the Month. It can be viewed and read about by clicking the blue button to the left of this message. Hope you take the opp to check out all the cool info and pics on the WMAS site.

I would consider trading him in.
I agree with Adam that you can do awsome stuff with a tank that size. I have an awsome 10 gallon. I have also had a 3 gallon eclipse at work with success and a 5 gallon with success. How are your corals doing right now? What is it you are looking to put in there exactly? And dont have a complex about your tank size. I started with a 10 and had it over a year before I could get anything bigger. Plus some people just prefer smaller tanks.
