If you buy the regular star LEDs you can unsolder the led from the star and then use that to replace it.

You are hardcore if you actually go replace that one bulb.

White or blue? I have a few spares depending on what you need.

Be careful as you have just increased the voltage on some of your LEDs and more will begin to fail now.

It's hard to find those around town. Online is much easier, but you need to know the color, forward voltage and current max to match it. Or you can just guess and live with one that's slightly off color or not the same brightness as the others.

Not sure about that specific LED, but these guys have pretty much everything...

Love that place. Thumbs Up

If all there are is white emitting and blue emitting LED's in this unit, it is not difficult to know. An LED that is yellow when off, usually emits a shade of white, right?

I don't have any at the moment.

Dimming on these lights is done by turning them on and off very quickly. The longer the off time the more dim the light appears to our eye. That being said when the led is on its on at it's Max current and voltage. You already had one led go out under those conditions, now you've jumpered one of them and increased the village and current going through the remainder of the LEDs.

I think you can see where this might lead.
