| I tried to move my sump to put the new skimmer in and it cracked!! does anybody local have any acrylic glue? I have a thin piece of acrylic I can cut to glue it. or should I just use lowes clear kalking? |

Silicone will only seal not bond. I would think you would want strength and seal. I would look for some weld on and bond a piece of plexi to it. well Chad lent me some glue and the crack is fixed it doesn't look pretty but at lease I can start saviing for acrylic to make my own sump and refugium.thanks guys. |

It's really good to make the stand taller and/or the sump shallower. I
like a sump where I can easily install/remove equipment, have enough
room to get my head in to look around and to get my arms in to work on
plumbing. I also discovered how valuable it is to make large holes so a

Amen to that Mark! when I get my tank set up upstairs I am junking this stand it has caused me so much headaches I cant even tell you. |
