So I will be setting up a salona 34 here in soon and it has a Cobalt Aquatics MJ1200 Powerhead/Pump as the return. It also came with a Hydor Koralia 600. Will that be to much flow for a 34g??

Not too much at all man. I think you're way good for the kind of corals you're keeping.

It is not enough flow. It is near impossible to have too much flow. Most tanks are over lit and have too little water movement.
As an example in my 37 gallon that is 30 long x 12 deep x 24 tall I have multiple sources of flow. A filter return, a maxi-jet 600 gph powerhead, a Tunze 740 gph circulation pump, and a Aqueon 700 gph circulation pump. There is also some flow from a skimmer and from a uv filter pump.
There are also a couple areas in this tank that I think need more water movement.
------------- 150 gal reef with 50 gal sump. Reef Octopus DCS-200 Skimmer. AI Sol Blues.

While its definitely possible to have too much flow, you should be just fine with what your using. A second smaller power head may prove beneficial. At peak capacity, we are pushing 20,000 GPH in our 265G.

I have 29, and I'm pushing 800 gph from return pump and two mp10. There is some other sources of flow in the sump as well.
