WHILE REDOING MY SUMP MY TANK TOOK A DIVE TO 65 DEGREES . I HAVE A LARGE WHITE TIPPED ELEGANCE CORAL THAT DID NOT TAKE IT WELL AND I AM NOT SURE IF HE WILL MAKE IT. I NEED SOMEWHERE TO KEEP THE CORAL FOR A WEEK OR SO WITH GOOD LIGHTING TO SEE IF ITS CONDITION IMPROVES. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF ANYONE CAN HANG ON TO HIM AND WATCH HOW ITS DOING. I JUST HAVE TOO MUCH MONEY IN MY TANK TO RISK IT. CALL OR TEXT 8016600349

I had a similar occurance happen to me about a month back, my tank dropped to like 67 degrees! I freaked out, but a little bit of research indicated that most coral can handle temporary cold spells much better than overheating. I was really worried, but I didn't lose a single thing.
