His tanks are even more amazing in person. Plus the anthias is the rarest, and coolest fish I've ever come across.

Yeah, they are.  I've yet to see one in person.  Just on the divers den of liveaquaria.  Someday, maybe someday one will please the eyes of those looking into my tanks.

You ask and you shall receive.

Some grow pics, taken less than 4 months apart.

A handful of things were moved around a bit. Like the frogspawn, and a couple SPS frags.

Your growth is amazing! Its exciting to see stumps turn into trees. Good work. We need to have someone in the club go around with a super expensive camera and capture the hard to see colors we have in our tanks.

Laird, what was the name of the green stylophora? that I got from you. I picked it up last Sat just before you ran to SLC. Also all of the corals I got from you are doing great. The pink tort looks awesome.

I'll pm you about the calcium reactor.

I believe you called it a green stylophora, it is circled below in red, thanks

also curious what relative current your running your running both strings on for the color.  I have a fairly similar build thats been going now for 3 + months on a tank... Corals are doing well but I think I was pushing intensity a bit as color was a bit bleached on some so I dropped it about 20%... yours all look great. Loving your tank.  I have been really enjoying mine and thought it was cool... but we'll... YOU WIN! AMAZING!

Love the diversity.

I'm thinking the same thing pretty much.  I tried to turn up the juice on mine and the few corals and anemone I had didn't seem happy.

Just looking for a ball park range that gives that kind of growth.

I don't remember what I have the drivers tuned to, its been to long since my build.

Heres by Apex schedule for just my LEDs. Don't forget that I run two t5 bulbs too.
I have more profiles then I need but I like to keep a lot so that I can play around with it from time to time.
And the lights are what I attribute that great growth to. Correct flow and rock solid parameters are more important then lights imo.

I'm back from my month long trip and the tank is doing great thanks to some help from a few awesome reefers.

Growth has been crazy in the month I was gone. I had to take out some colonies right before I left to make room, and now that I'm back I need to take out even more because there just isnt any more room. I'll try and get some pics in the next couple days.
