I have an Eheim 300 watt heater, 93 gal. cube tank. What is the the maximum fluctuation that I should expect in temperature. My target is 78. I thought it was going to hold pretty close to that, but it is fluctuating 1 to 1.5 degrees. will this be a problem?

you should not worry about it, usually tanks go up by one degree or go down one degree.
