building 220 marineland tank(had to return my 265 :-( couldn't fit it in my new house) with 120 g sump with g4x skimmer,47 column, 9 gallon aqua medic nano

I think most people on here are more prone to natural ways such and improving water quality and feeding with garlic over using chemicals...

my water quality is perfect ive checked it a lot .and have been feeding 3 times a day with garlic and they still have ick

Not all types of Garlic Oil work in all tanks. 3 times a day is the wrong way to go. Once a day the right way will ususlly do it. If one brand isn't working, try a different brand/type. Stress might be an issue. Do you have a pic of the tank? What size and how many fish? What types of fish?
