I am setting up my new 30gal Oceanic that is drilled and has an Aquatic Dreams sump/refuge. I live in an apartment so I was thinking that I should make this more transportable in case of a move. I need it to go to 2 spots; 1 in the refuge and 1 in the sump. I was thinking of using a ball valve to decrease the flow to the refuge. My main question is: I was thinking of using that flexible ribbed pool tubing but am worried this will cause a noise problem. Anyone have any experience using this stuff? Or any other recommendations... |

If you want it to be portable but still use rigid pvc, you could just include unions so that you could easily disassemble it.
