Topic: JELLYFISH!? Posted: November 09 2008 at 10:49pm |
Ok, so I was looking at my tank that only has a serpent starfish, A ton of Pods, and some Timy brittle starfish, and a crap load of baby snails. I noticed something that reminded me EXACTLY of s jellyfish. I got a few videos of him that I am uploading on youtube as we speak! He is one of the coolest things I have EVER seen. He seems to be attracted to my flashlight. He is TINY. About 1/2 the size of my pinky fingernail. Videos coming shortly!

Any idea on what he is? I am gonna see if i can find im again tonight. I reccemond that you guys set up a little 5-10 gal or more tank and just put some lr, a few crab, and a fw snails in. It is one of my favorite tanks. I love watching all of the HUGE pods and just new things come up that fish wont eat because there arent any in that tank

Very cool. This could be a medusa stage of a coral or a jellyfish.

Really? They can be that big? I didn't realize you could even see them except through a microscope. Very cool though!
Cameron - please post if you find out exactly what it is.
