Yes, we need more info, like:
Size and age of tank?
Time this fish has been in tank?
Garlic Oil added to food first 5 days in tank?
Salinity, Temp, Alk, and Ca numbers?
Fish list?
Other fish problems?

A full tank pic would also help(just the aquarium, not the stand).
