I had the same thing happen. Fine for 1.5 years, one day on its side, the next day dead, other tangs/tank mates fine. 
I wondered if mine ate something toxic, like a paly, zoa, sponge, etc?. Silly, I know but that's all I could come up with.

-Yes
-We have a (small) tube anemone that usually comes out in the evening.
-No. He looked awesome yesterday and then this today.
-We have probably had the Naso 1.5 yrs. I picked him up for LADD
-I was hoping he would feel more at ease. If treatment was needed, I could take the isolation tank off  line and then treat the Naso.

Hmmmm. Ermm
? Everyone else is well, and this Naso just started this behavior?
? Is there an anemone in the tank that could have held the Naso captive for a few minutes? Hopefully not a Carpet Anemone. Unhappy
? Does it's stomach always look like that?
? How long has the Naso been in your tank and where did it come from?

If the isolation tank is inline, I cannot see what advantage there would be to moving the fish and that would only create more stress. If it makes it through the night, I believe it would be better to place it in a medicated hospital tank with copper and nitrofurizone.

With my experience I have seen Naso's act weird all of a sudden. My inlaws did it. Perfectly healthy then one day bam! Same experience you are having. Goodluck.. I believe those white markings are from stress as he did not have them before swimming up for the Nori. He does swim but he's very weak. No chance any rocks have shifted- I used Epo Putty everywhere when I built the rock structures. From the markings on his side it looks like he was pinned between something. Perhaps rocks shifted an he got crushed between them. Calling all fish experts. Our Blond Naso is sick. 270G display, 400G total system. He's been eating fine and looked great until today. He was under a cave rock on his side. I fed some Nori and he came out to eat but didn't eat. Afterwards he sank back down to the bottom and laid down. I'm going to move him to our 70G inline isolation tank. All other tangs look great. Any ideas?
