I have 29, and I'm pushing 800 gph from return pump and two mp10. While its definitely possible to have too much flow, you should be just fine with what your using. A second smaller power head may prove beneficial. It is not enough flow.  It is near impossible to have too much flow.  Most tanks are over lit and have too little water movement.

So I will be setting up a salona 34 here in soon and it has a
Cobalt Aquatics MJ1200 Powerhead/Pump as the return. It also came with a
Hydor Koralia 600. Will that be to much flow for a 34g??
