I appreciate everyones feedback. I bought these at 3 polyps a while back and now they have grown to 8-10 heads ( some too small to see). Regardless the guy I bought them from had purchased them from vividaquarium for nearly $40 and he did state they were armor of god from what he remembers. I just wanted to have it verified on here. I understand that creating a trend in naming your own corals can devalue and alter prices and I am all for withholding a standard. This was nothing but to verify that my purchase was not a scam. Thanks

No offense (sorry, this is a soapbox rant for me), but if you don't have lineage, you don't have a name.  Aquarists all-to-often say their coral looks like X coral and decide to call it that, when it's not related to the original.  They then charge more than what they paid for it, even though they can't prove lineage. 
 
IMO, if you didn't buy it from someone who somewhere up the line had the original, then please don't try to resell it as X-named coral.  You can call it whatever you want, but please don't spread this trend.
 
Lineage was designed to show proven colors and success in captivity...which is why "named" corals often (or at least used to) have a higher price.  Back in the day, corals were only named when they had been in captivity for quite a while and had a proven track record to look and do well in a variety of tank conditions.  I realize this is no longer the case, but I implore you to help end the trend of naming every single thing.

My guess would be armor of gods but it looks like a few palys similar to those. I am not certain at all but look pretty similar to armor of gods. Tough to tell. Look similar to several palys, but pic is too blue to make a positive ID.
