That is great that they have already laid eggs. I haven't seen mine in a couple of days but I have seen the fruits of their labor. I have aiptasia that I could see but not reach well it is slowly disappearing.

Recived my berghias today. I was shorted but the guy promptly pay pal'd me the money that I was owed. So over all a thumbs up. As soon as they where acclimated I released them on to a rock that had a fairly large aip on it and they immediately went to town on it. After about 5 hours they have put the big hurt on it. They are awesome little creatures. I tried to get pics but my camera just isn't the best and they are tiny. So I will keep trying to get pics and post. The guy is saltyunderground on RC if you are thinking berghia he is your man.

Well the little berghias are on their way. Should be here tomorrow. I will post pics and keep you updated to the progress of them. I have a fuge full of aips. I will take before and after pics as they get going. Maybe try to breed some and trade at meetings for frags.

This has got me to thinking... about the times I've had Aiptasia, even got some on a rock from someone else and then they either disappear or at least don't multiply. I wonder what else may be in the tank that either eats them or either enhances or inhibits their reproduction.

We know that some types of Peppermint Shrimp eat the small ones, but do we know whether there is some particular combination of water chemistry variables that effects them.

Perhaps the reason this came to mind is, last night Seti007 and I went out and collected rock and sand for his new 500 gal. Wait, no it wasn't that, it was when we got back to his house and were looking at his tanks.

Anyway, Asad told me he had a few flatworms but had only a few drops of Flatworm Exit left. He poured it in the tank. He soon noticed the flatworms moving faster than usual, kind of like they were irritated, like when the usual full treatment is given. Now, 2 weeks later he has no flatworms.
